Picking out the perfect menu can be just as daunting as picking out your wedding dress. Here are some things to consider while shopping around for your caterer
It's that time of year again
One thing to consider is when you are getting married. Naturally, in summer months, the weather tends to trend on the hotter side, so having fresher menu items or cold apps would be more appropriate. On the flip side, if you're planning your wedding in the cooler months, maybe considering those comfort foods that remind you of your childhood would fit better?

The menu you and your partner choose is something that says a lot about you as a couple. Spend a little more time on choosing the most appropriate menu for you both, because the more intimate the menu the more meaning it will have for you and your guests. Weddings of today have become less traditional and been more individuality focused and wedding menus are the perfect way to share that with your guests.
Old McDonald had a farm
Weddings of old basically only allowed for two protein options: chicken or beef. Today's couple are far more ecclectic and like to have more options in terms of proteins and altogether menu selections. Some catering companies can offer custom menus, but the caveat is that it will almost always be an upcharge. Whatever you choose, be sure that it is a menu that you wont be regretting on your big day!
